Lions Head is a financial intelligence tool for small business owners. It allows you to upload bank statements, ask plain-English questions about your finances, track budgets, and manage business debt — via WhatsApp or the web.
2. Not Financial Advice
Lions Head is an informational tool only. Nothing in this service constitutes financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Figures and categorisations are generated automatically and may contain errors. Verify all data against your own records and consult a qualified professional before making business decisions.
3. User Responsibilities
By using Lions Head, you agree to:
- Upload only your own financial documents
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Keep your account secure
- Comply with applicable South African laws, including POPIA
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lions Head is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
5. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through Lions Head support in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or service discontinuation. Your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
